I needed to stop and take a minute to thank you and your team for the huge blessing you have been to my family! Recently my Grammy not only had a stroke weakening her left side but she also fell and fractured her left ankle. Grammy lived by herself in the rural area of Alabama. So I had to leave my job (insurance, financial security) to bring her to my home in Jacksonville and become her caregiver as she goes through therapy and healing. When I first called Florida First Insurance I felt as though my whole family was in a desperate situation.
